Let make this short and clear. If the idea behind Fiora's rework was to improve her overall playstyle and give her a much more healthier way to represent for the "younglings" how a skilled swords(wo)man should make a stand in a real battle when she must face with improved, time-based decision making...
...then You should seriously take at look at Yi. Let's start with the "Master" tag in his name.
Yi has a ridiculously low skill floor, but you just see the skill floor. He has a high skillcap and is hard to pull off well in high elo. He's just... fine. It's good to have an easy champion to learn for new players, that actually gets some skill to completely master.
However, I don't think

Lol I for one agree. I have never been fan of master yi and think he was an april fools joke that Riot forgot to get rid of. Also "master" yi does not encourage people to play like a master, but rather like a complete fool. You can abandon your team all game to farm and then get a pentakill by mashing your head against the keyboard. Basically all of his power is put into his q and auto attacks, which can't miss. He is also one of the fastest moving champs with his ult, so flash,ghost, or other movement spells won't ever save you from yi. If your team doesn't have a champ like 
or 
with multiple cc's then it is very hard for yi to even do anything wrong. Focus the tank? Sure why not, I'll kill him fastest anyway. Focus the support? Yea sure that's an easy reset. Let my cat play for me??? Oh look he stepped on the q key and got a quadra kill.
Yeah, he needs to be reworked again. He's so broken with Sated.
