More Teemo rework idea
I think Teemo has very little mechanics and he's kit is a bit outdated compared to the new/reworked champions so I came out with this idea for he's rework. :p
Passive Toxic Shot Teemo's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage on hit and poison the enemy causing them to take additional magic damage over the next 4 seconds. Subsequent attacks only refresh the duration.
Q - Blinding Dart Active: Teemo shoots a dart in the target direction stopping on first enemy champion it hits and blinds them. Blinding Dart deals 50% reduced damage to non champions along the way.
W - Guerilla Warfare Active: Teemo become invisible after a short delay and will remain stealthed as long as he doesn't move or act or being displaced. If Guerilla Warfare is used in a brush, Teemo may move freely within its boundaries without breaking the stealth.
When Teemo breaks his stealth, he gains the Element of Surprise granting him bonus attack speed.
E - Noxious Trap Passive: Teemo stores a Noxious Trap charge periodically, up to a maximum of 3 at once.
Active: Teemo tosses a mushroom trap on the ground, which stealths and arms after 1 second, lasting up to 5 minutes. While armed, mushrooms grant sight around them. Mushrooms thrown on top of each other bounce on the previous one a short distance before planting.
If an enemy steps on a mushroom, it detonates, poisoning all nearby enemies, slowing them, granting sight of them, and dealing them magic damage over 4 seconds.
Noxious Trap have 6 maximum health and can only be damaged by champion basic attacks (2 damage from ranged and 3 from melee).
R - Swift Maneuver Passive: Teemo gains a boost of movement speed that decays over the next few seconds everytime an enemy champion triggers his trap or get hit by Swift Maneuver.
Active: Teemo instantly detonates his mushroom trap in a target area dealing bonus magic damage to all nearby enemies.
The radius of area of effect damage gets bigger when more traps are triggered at once.
