Fix match making please

With bronze and silver holding over 50% of the player base please fix this. There is no reason to have a bronze in a promo to gold game and there is no reason that in my last 10 games at least 8 of them someone on my team has over 10deaths. I'm really really tired of hard carry almost every single game. Its taking all the fun our of it when I know that if i misclick once yep thats game because the majority of the time some one of my team will chase til they die every single time. How do I win 9/10 games entering this season but still get teams with an IQ less than 12? Is my account on prison island or something? I've never got any bans and I get all the sportsmanship awards but this good sport is tire as hell of trying to teach people how to play LoL in RANKED! please install a rank ban system to force people to LEARN in normals not rank.
