It has been at least 4 patches that I have been asking for Quinn nerf she is extremely power before the new season and is still now. with one q i loss like half of my health and i am tank. This is crazy please nerf her at least once.
actually her q does a ridiculous amount of damage. ive seen it hit for 800 by lategame, which is pretty crazy for such a short cooldown ability on a marksman.
the way it currently looks however is, that its going to get changed again and a 2 second graves w added to the first starget hit, and the damage reduced.
not quite the blind she had before, but people wanted utility added back on that helps them duelling other champions with her.
this is actually not a terrible idea, since it makes her less terrible to face for melees wo will still be sitting in vision range if she tries to q them point blank. but its gonna hurt other marksmen who suddenly get shot by a target they cant see themselves.
