"We buff vayne because she needed some extra damage because of her AD scaling nerf"

So we put 12% max hp damage that destroy everyone and now vayne players dont even build damage but

and one more item of what ever

And they pretty much destroy everything

Riot balance...

So my question is when the vayne nerfs? or are we gonna pretend that vayne is "balanced"?
