Getting randoms to work with you

Honestly teamwork in this game in solo Q , is almost non-existent.

In most peoples eyes everyone else is trash and you alone need to carry to win.

This is such a flawed point of view yet so many go into games with this mindset.

How do you get someone with those mindset to try and work with u.

you can use pings and all that stuff but most of the time people just dont look at them or care about them.

You can type but thats a easy way for the system to think ur being toxic, it doesnt actually look at what u said but how many times u typed.

so the big issue remains. Team game but no team work no team communication.

ITs so hard to just make come backs anymore because of that simple fact that people are not willing to work together for a win.

And i strongly feel like having voice chat is a good way to get people to want to work together.

can it be abused yes but thats an issue that has been dealt with in every other multiplayer game. ITs 2018 u cant force anyone to be nice to people if u have not realized that by now, people will talk to others how ever they feel and its not riots job to try and force certain human interactions with each other.

anyways all im trying to figure out is.

how do you get people on your team to listen to your calls or pings?
