sejuani should get some power taken out of her base kit

and put back in her ult. E is far too strong as a basic spell and it's part of why she's so dominant right now. putting more strength in her ult will make her feel much better to play as and more reasonable to play against.

i have 2 different suggestions

either remove the melee ally stacking and let her build stacks against enemies who are stuck in the frost storm with her ult. or make her E slow enemies instead of stun (with internal CD reduced to compensate), and have her ult stun all enemies at the end of the pop

and make her W magic again, AP ratio on the second hit too ty and bless
