Its impossible to climb

No matter what i do i lose, i fucking destroy my lane i lose. im 6/0 i lose. im 13/2 i lose. It takes one lane to fuck it up for everyone else. because for some reason despite ganking a lane 5 times before 6 mins my laner is still behind. i think to myself oh hard role but i mean uve been playing for like 4 years in that role. so i play say top lane and get two solo kills and wonder whats so hard. then i go mid same thing, then adc same thing, then sup, same thing so then i question the mental health of the players in my game. so i guess what im saying is any tips for 1v9ing? aka carrying fucking r%%%%%s who have no fucking brain and then have a sook because u only ganked them 3 times
