Now that Riot has the TECHNOLOGY, there is something that they should do for URF.

Y'know how they made Transcendence and how its super useful for overcapped CDR. Why dont they have something for that for urf in general. In the "Buff of Awesomeness" or whatever its called. Like: CDR is transferred to 10% - 16AD or 20AP adaptive (maybe more in urf.) Access Mana is transferred to HP 4 access mana - 1 HP (Ludens gives 150, maybe more idk) Access Attack Speed is transfered to Movespeed (unknown rate... *Laughs in *)

Things that either dont matter, or overcaps SUPER easily in URF

EDIT: Or maybe make transcendence stack with the buff making like full black cleaver darius just insane. IDK Urf is for fucking around.
