These Janna Changes Do Not Fix The Problem

I'm glad they nerfed her shield and changed the mechanics of her tornado. However, the real problem is her boring passive which now has an aa boost for no particular reason. I like the direction of Janna being more proactive in lane but this just feels its even more oppressive. I guess the trade off is the massive cd on her shield but there has to be a better way to redirect her power rather than giving her tools to obnoxiously harass her opponents.
