I just thought of something for the cass rework coming
After reading some of the replies i noticed...confliction between thoughts how some seem to want machine gun and others who want to widdle there foes with some poison and somebody who wanted her to fire poison fangs from her bubs
Well i propose an idea for 2 sides(no not the bubs)
Cassiopeia has a new passive for now ill call it Fang and poison(please feel free to think of a better name)
at the start of the game cass can choose between fang or poison(obviously choosing one of them would favour 1 "type" over the other)
Fang changes cassiopeia's E and interactions(yet to figure said interactions) SCRATCH THE POISON INCREASE ON E 0.5 cd on poisoned targets then the normal 4 on non-poisoned slightly higher base dmg
Poison focuses on her DOT E now has a 2 sec cd on poisoned targets(4 sec on non poisoned) increasing the poison dmg by 20% for 4 seconds stacking twice miasma grows slightly faster and poison cloud will merge with miasma (if both debuffs are on a target) to make Cobra venom(feel free to give a better name) when a target has cobra venom they take the dmg of poison cloud(with a 10% increase) while having a tapering slow(although it tapers it will still be on even when outside miasma) has a duration 1 second longer then poison cloud
then every time cass reaches 6/11/16 she can choose between 2 more options(which buff it even further) the skill/talent tree differ depending on whether you chose fang or poison
Things i must say 1.very sorry if this idea offends cass mains in anyway 2.havent really thought through the talents 3.Fang needs more work 4.GIVE NAMES AND IDEAS i would really appreciate
