"Join League Voicechat" popup in middle of fight (duo-ing)

I genuinely died because I couldn't see the brush at the bottom right of my screen when walking from toplane to midlane. was sitting in the bush, and right as I was about to need vision (split second reaction type of thing that really isn't that difficult) the popup blocked my view of the brush resulting in my death. You can imagine I was pretty pissed.

Riot, can you please stop that thing from popping up in the middle of the game? I already disabled it and made the auto-connect thing stop. But I can't block the popup from blocking what feels like half my screen.

Would appreciate its removal.
