Please change Lee Sin first W to following:

"Lee Sin dashes to the target location. If ally champion is present in small radius of location, both they and Lee Sin are shielded for 2 seconds and Safeguard's cooldown is reduced by 50%. Lee Sin can self-cast Safeguard to shield himself." Alternatively "Lee Sin dashes to the target location. If he targets ally champion cast range is increased..."

Sorry for bad formulation. The idea is to make dash independent on wards while still preserving it's safeguard functionality. Making radius small will not make ability aoe. How often team gets clumped up?

Dependency on wards is outdated mechanic. Moreover it's dependent on itemization. And insec isn't something unique as it was originally. Even in bronze people do it.
