Riven is in by no means a healthy position

She's either hidiously broken, or so laughably underpowered shes never picked.

Shes just a ball of interactions that shouldn't be together, but instead of fixing them you just make it a 'feature'

Remember when her third Q was able to go over walls? And instead of fixing that you just made it a 'feature'

or how about the fact that she still can press E or Q or W and completely negate some cc's?

Or how about the fact that she has two damage steroids, that STACK WITH EACH OTHER

Or how about the 'animation cancelling' in other words getting four auto attacks and 3 q's off in the span of a second

Or how about the WE thing where she uses W after she dashes but it still stuns people where she was previously?

How about you like actually do something to make her fair, fun, and healthy instead of this jumbled mess.
