Best Strategy to improve CSing?

Is there anyone with high CS (9+ per minute) ability who can share how they improved it? Did you use the training tool or did you improve through normal games and how?

Go into the practice tool without any items purchased and just go until you can consistently get 80 cs at 10 minutes at least. Every time 10 minutes come restart the game. This is a good step 1.

Learn how to CS under tower.

Never auto minions. Learn how much damage you do to each minion at every point of the game (each level and each item) with your champ as well as how long it takes to perform your auto attack. Last hitting is the trick. You want to be able to kill that minion with 1 auto.

What I do is I look at how much AD I have and then when a minion is low, I click them so I can watch how much HP they have left. When the numbers match I last hit it.

For the most part whatever you AD is at is how much you will hit that minion for. Works really well, especially with Irelia Q.
