Jayce Buff Petition

Everybody knows that Jayce is in a very weak spot right now and I kinda feel sorry for a fun champion like him with good potential to be forgoten. Now he has only 44% winrate and I would really like to see him buffed a little. He's good in poke teams, but it will be good if he can bring something else to "the table"...like, when you use E in melee form to knock back an enemy, if that enemy collides with a wall, then he should be stunned for 1 second for example. Also, he's very very mana hungry in early, especially that now he can't use mana potions because they no longer exists.His W restores mana in melee form, but it's only 6-16 mana. I suggest that he could get some mana back as well for every minion killed in melee form, like a bonus mana, along with what 6-16 mana that he gets per strike while he's in melee form. I would like to see some opinions or ideas for buffs...also, if you like Jayce and you wanna show him some love, don't forget to upvote :) Thank you for your time and have a great day!
