Getting tired of the client crashing and losing promo games because it counts as a dodge.

Second time now I have lost a promo game because the client crashes. My client crashed at the champ select screen and its done this twice now this week. Both times in promos of course. The first time it just counted as a dodge. Then second time the client crashed the game somehow went through. Even though we had just got done with the banning phase. I try to log back in and it says something along the lines of " woah looks like you are in a game, try restarting the client." I restart the client a few times just to get the same message. Then I finally get in and get greeted with the leaverbuster warning box that makes you type "I agree" so I got an auto loss and and AFK. Wonderful.
