Can we do something about Fiora?

When she gets fed, all she has to do to delete your carries is press R. It doesn't even have to be on the carry; as long as it hits them, they will probably die. It doesn't help that staying out of its range is pretty much impossible since she gets super fast from + Burst of Speed and then you can't get out of it or cancel it. I'm not saying she's OP, but I am calling her broken by design.
