Suggestion for a new temproary gamemode
First of all, it would be 5v5 on TT or something similar. ARAM got a reskin for the pirate event so I don't see why TT couldn't get one for an event, too. Second, creeps, champions, and towers do not grant exp or gold on death. Gold is granted more quickly passively, and some exp is granted over time.
All kills (champion, creep, and objective) go into a magical soul pot that manifests itself as 3 primary objectives once evrery 3 minutes:

Capturing objective A via cast capping (like capping towers on CS) grants everyone a buff. The strength of the buff increases based on the total kills within the time since it was last captured. towers > champions > creeps

Capturing objective B via area control (like capping shrines on TT or skarner shrines) grants the capper's team exp based on the total number of kills like before. The total exp is not just the total exp the team would have gotten. It's linear but not 1:1 for each kill.

Capturing objective C via killing the npc grants the capper's team gold. Like above, it's linear but not 1:1
No alt gamemode would be complete without some whacky items:
- Hell box: sets a trap that causes the first enemy champion to take damage over time; everyone can now lay teemo shrooms :D
- Pocket Pixie: blinds all enemy champions in an area and reveals them
- Slime ward: a cute little slime acts cute until it sees an enemy, then it runs away, covering the area in sticky slime, slowing all enemies in the area
- Bag of Wind: knocks up ALL champions within a small area for 0.2 seconds
- Yordle Firebombs: the caster channels for the duration, sending tiny mortars onto an area, dealing minor damage and revealing all enemies hit
- Bigger Bag of Winds: repeatedly knock ALL champions in an area around in random directions for 3 seconds.
- Braum's Apprentice Badge: you are now immune to crowd control effects! But you deal 0% physical, magical, and true damage D: You also have a mustache. The mustache also drains your health at 5% per second increasing by 0.1% per second per second. Because you're not Braum, you poser.
- Soul Pick: really get under your enemies' skin by digging into the spiritual manifestation of their person and damaging them; it's like Illaoi's E but without the paperwork of joining her
religion of peaceviolent cult. - Lotus Sutra: Causes you to spin around while casting your ult. If you already spin while casting your ult, causes you to spin faster, making you dizzy after completion.
- Pink Spear Ward Shrouds: Sends a spear out in a line, dealing 1 true damage + 1 true damage per 1000 units traveled, revealing all units hit, and cloaking allies in the target area in stealth. Also plants a pink ward at the site.
- Ivern's Touch: places yourself in stasis for 2 seconds. For the duration, they are turned into brush and behave like normal brush
- Shade Fighter: Every time you hit an enemy champion with a basic attack or spell, you have a 50% chance to spawn a shade that mirrors the summoner's spell casts and basic attacks at 50% damage with no bonus effects. This summoned shade also has a 50% chance of spawning another shade. Pantheon and his shades have a 100% chance of summoning shades per attack. Shades last 5 seconds.
- Oh-keh: Champion moves at 105% normal speed as they try to accelerate via somersault like rammus. Increases Rammus' speed while powerballing 777%
- Pleasing Scepter: Increases crowdcontrol resistance by 95%, movement speed by 35%, and health regeneration by 9000% for 7 seconds, allowing you to go where you please. What'd you think it was for?
- Lift: Spawns an elevator, allowing your teammates to travel along a skybox and hit the enemy nexus easily. Enemies can follow you though.
