ARAM Snowballs Causing Innvisable Champions During The Dash

During my most recent games on ARAM, a bug has appeared where champions that have used the mark summoner spell have been flying backwards before appearing out of nowhere as they reactivated it. This has happened many times across many days and makes it vary hard to tell when the opposing team is about to engage on us. I have tried to find a clip of it with the replay system but the bug appears to not happen then. Someone may have a clip of a stream or YouTube video but I do not own a clip of the bug in action.
