League won't work!

I know this is the wrong board but help& supp is always dead. Idk if it's my computer or the internet or league or what but I never had issues until the most recent patch. I tried patching and it didn't do anything, like it stayed on 0% for seriously 45 minutes and my internet was working fine otherwise. So I tried re-installing league and now it just wont do anything, like I click the launcher button and the badge pops up then a sec later it goes away, then the badge pops up with a load bar, but the load bar doesn't load... AT ALL. Pls halp me ):
