Am I the only one who hates the new Rammus?

I was just playing an ARAM and was excited to get one of my favorite tanks, Rammus. Little did I know that he was ruined. His W now comes with an extremely crippling slow which gives you the option of letting them get away, or cancelling your W to chase them. If you cancel your W guess what? There goes your damage. They turn around and beat your ass. What are you thinking Rito? There's one less jungler I can enjoy and one more reroll I have to use.

Sigh.
