Blood Dragon

It's effect is that enemies you attack who are bellow a certain percentage of health get "Grievous Wounds", the Elder Dragon effect would simply increase the effect of Grievous wounds. I feel like there aren't enough items that give inflict wounds and it seems were starting to get to a point in the game again where lifesteal is extremely powerful. It would be fairly nice to get a dragon that helps against enemy team comps that use lifesteal way to much, not everyone can build Grievous Wound items and in many cases champions with overexcessive life steal can crush teams on their own.

Sun/Moon Dragon

Increase the vision radius of all allies on the team by a very small amount, or increase the vision radius of the wards your team place on the map.

Bonus: Lucky Dragon

The lucky dragon is smaller and weaker than other dragons but doesn't stay for as long as the other's(it doesn't have to be but basically modeled after golden enemies in JRPG's weak but hard to kill and run away quickly), it's effect when defeated gives your team higher passive gold regeneration or could simply give each champion a chance of getting extra gold from a minion or champion kill and that effect could be that it gives an extra 30-50 gold every so often upon minion or champion kill. It's effect could instead also be that you get extra gold from minion kills period but the extra gold you get is much lower maybe 3-5 per minion instead of 30-50 every so often per minion.

Those are some that i think would be cool to have.
