Sonic '06

I looked at the PBE/unofficial patch notes for 6.4. I didn't see any nerfs to either Runic Echoes or Udyr. At first I was very skeptical that he has the highest win rate in the game among plat-challenger (57%) so I played him.

What…..the……hell……. I literally felt like I was playing Sonic and running around the map. His damage with the new jungle item paired with the movement sped gains is so crazy that its surreal. Seriously, I was able to kite their entire team and dodge point blank skill shots. Why did Riot not notice this in PBE? Is it that ineffective?

I just hope Riot does something to fix this.
