AFK conditions need to be reformed!

I have finally had enough with this. I finally got mad enough at this game to post on this board because of the shear volume of my games including AFK's! Whether it's on my team of the enemy team it just ruins this game. I just played a series where I won my first game and lost the next two due to people rage quitting. It takes that last weeks worth of progress in ranked and makes it pointless! I understand that because AFK is ofter random, what comes around goes around, but TRUE randomness means that some people just get screwed over all the time and others only benefit.

A reform is absolutely necessary since leaver buster does nothing from what I can tell. Here's a few ideas which I know for a fact are not new ones or new concepts but I hope this will put you on the right track to fixing this world shattering issue.

_**1. **At least make it to where when someone is AFK at the start of the game the Surrender vote can start at 10 minutes. Usually the first 10 minutes of a 4v5 is somewhat the same (at least in lower ELO). This would make it not a COMPLETE waste of time and instead just a partial waste. There will of course be some cases where people get angry and quit but Leaver Buster should sort those people out quick if it in fact does anything at all :P

**2. **For ranked games, make it a loss prevented because let's be real: losers of that game don't deserve to lose LP and winners don't deserve to earn LP. It's just unfair.

**3. **Have a special queue for people with a prior history of AFK where they have to work themselves out of to begin playing with sportsman like players again. There presence is toxic and it spreads like a disease - just quarantine them!

**4. **Make penalties a billion times more severe. I get the classic power going out and internet going down but it just seems like you just get a slap on the wrist.

5. Double the LP loss for leaving a ranked game. A lot of players that AFK due it because "the game is over anyways, why waste time?" well give them a reason to stay and play it out or surrender instead of giving one player the Ultimate Surrender Vote (going AFK).

**6. **Give the AFK's team a slight buff - that extra umph to be competitive (maybe just in Bronze-Gold so it doesn't get exploited)_
