Kayn Very Unbalanced and needs to be looked at a

When i say Kayn is unbalanced i dont mean Hes OP as shit or weak as shit, i mean his early game is waaaaaay too weak and his late game is a bit too strong i think, Like as a kayn main its rlly hard to get ahead but i think that my e allows me to almost not get invaded and fall behind which is good because if i fall behind as early game kayn i wont end up evolving untill like 20 mins in which really sucks btw, another thing is the amount of time it takes to evolve, after playing kayn for about like 50 games straight the average evolve time i ended up getting was from 13-15mins in, which might not sound too bad but the problem with this is that kayn stays the same while everyone in the game gets stronger so the longer you go without evolving the weaker you are compared to all 9 other champions in the game. What do you guys think?
