Snowball afflicts jungle objectives

I think that if a team is doing well, is way too easy for them to take more advantage doing objectives like drakes and herald. Everyone had this in his games, your jungler is weak early or enemy jungler gets ahead for some reason, but there are 2 fire drakes incoming and enemy team gets it, you better hope you take that third infernal. I think that a good objective like drake should deal more damage or harder to do them solo drake/herald. Thoughts?
