Crit applies if X champion's current HP you just attacked has HP over Y amount
If you want lethality to work vs low armor/low HP and Crit to be a tank buster, this is how you do it. Otherwise you have ADC running around and chunking 40%+ from squishes
The worst offender is that AP champions and assassins should be doing burst damage but lately it feels like ADC can compete on burst with the reliability that's unmatched.
