Event Emote Problem

Hello, Everybody! I just wanted to ask you guys if you've experienced the same problem. Okay, so apparently if you use the event emote icon (which enables you to use the event emote in-game - CTRL+6) in a custom game it wouldn't appear!

Is it just me or do you guys have the same problem???
