Pantheon is still fucking broken even after nerfs

They need to do something about him not taking tower damage with his e and blocking every damage with it too. Maybe nerf his empowered q more cause all he does in lane is W -Empowered Q (half of hp missing since i dont want to build fucking tank) - E to not take damage and i can't trade with him when his E is down cause he will just kill me.
