A possible idea for Ekko's ult

Okay, I want to start by saying that I think people pretty grossly exaggerate his OPness. I just got a petakill on him, because the entire enemy team dived me under my tower after I already set up my W, and my ghost was closing in. Then they proceeded to bitch about how OP the champ is and how I should have died. They acted like they didn't have an Ekko on their team as well lol.

Anyways, instead of having his ult deal damage, it could just give him a strong speed boost and reset all of his cooldowns. They may have to tweak the damage of his normal ability to make up for it (plus give a mana return); I am not sure. I don't think he actually needs this change, but it is one that I think would make the character more unique without nerfing him to the ground.

Something needs to be done, pair him with any champion that has an AoE CC and it's GG.

But yea, out of all possible nerf scenarios; making his ULT reset cooldowns and give some speed boost instead of dealing damage is something I think would work. Maybe it could instantly proc his passive on enemies within range. That would reward people for strategically lining it up without making it instantly nuke multiple people at once.
