In the link about you will just find the exact same that I write here.

I just think this is the best way to get to you.

So, as League of Legends player I've put a huge amount of time into the game. Eventhough I have a lot of time on the game I'm really trash. Anyway

As a bronze 1 I really don't know everything about every champ. I don't know how to play every champ in the meta, I don't really understand what 100% of the items really do, how scaling and all that works. Shit, I even look up guides on mobafire sometimes. Now this is a problem that I care about, because.

I think the IP and RP system are fine, paying money for skins and grinding for champions I find that alright. But when you have to either way 4 weeks before the champion you wanna play pops up in free champ rotation, or you have to buy the champ for a week and a halfs grind for 6300 IP and you find out, I didn't like this champ. That pisses me off so much. The reason we basically have the practice tool is to try out new champions, to see what they're like in end-game and early game, lane phase, free roaming etc.

Therefore every champion should be available to everyone in practice tool, this makes it so I don't have to, and other people have to wait 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks everytime we want to try out a champion. Or for that sake as I mentioned, using your hardearned IP to find out the champion is complete garbage at the moment, with all the patches coming out. Please think about this because I truly believe I speak for a lot of people in this statement.
