Level Progress not going on ?

So I played like about 150 games with Honor level 2. Anyways I got Chat restricted then for "flamming", (Didn't even flame or anything) but that was like 2-3 months so I'm currently Honor level 1, didn't get one checkpoint and played about 250 games. Anyone else got the same problem? Just saw the Clash coming again and I want to take part in that for sure! :/ ~LJoshA
