Flip UI

Hello people. I've been playing lol for a while now, since beta. Nothing competitive, just for fun. Back in the day we could actually rotate the map. This made it so much easier if you were playing on the top half. For me it's a view issue. When I'm playing on top the UI gets in the way. It blocks players of the other team, makes it harder to use some skill shots, and a few more things. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I've seen multiple posts asking to be able to flip the map. I understand why they took that feature away but there was nothing done to address the benefit that it offered that is now gone.

My request is to be able to flip the UI. If I'm playing on top I'd like to be able to just move all the UI elements from the bottom to the top and vice versa. The top elements are much smaller and would be out of the way for the most part. If I remember correctly, they removed the map rotation because of game balancing. I think being able to move the UI would be a simple quality of life change that would make my game play a little less frustrating when playing top.
