Please add a 5 second timer before you can leave a custom lobby

Lobbytrolls are an absolute plague in customs. They basically leave and rejoin over and over, and it can be difficult to kick them from your lobby since they leave and rejoin quite rapidly. Adding a timer would give hosts an opportuinty to kick them.
