Buff/Debuff icons

Can we have the option to move buff/debuff icons back in the middle. I prefer them being in the middle where the health and mana is. Its fine if people like them in the left corner but some people do prefer them in the middle. Also will u bring back the fun buffs I miss seeing you're a pirate and I'm a ninja.
