Graves Unseen Q or more?

On the new Summoner's Rift Graves has some skills that just go too well with his abilities. Sure it only includes his newest skin to not see it, but actually you can. You just need to pay more attention to it; however I was playing with a friend and lets just say they are a little blind when focusing on getting hooked and so on. Possibly due to lower settings maybe? Regardless It's a bit much, no? Thanks Riot
