Yeah Rengar Changes 6.2 (so called nerfs)

So, i play a few games against new rengar top lane i realized the stupid damage he does. At level 1 jump out of bush and q on you, bam half health gone, a bit balanced no? Yeah probably should check those damage stats before you put him on live servers. In ranked it has to be 100 percent ban on rengar, on norms, no choice but to deal with that insane damage. Most of these rengars build 2 damage items, black cleaver and death's dance, build tank the rest and do more damage than a full build rengar pre changes. Im not a fan of this nor do i feel like playing rengar, its too over buffed, im sure other plays feel the same way, not just me, and for those of you enjoying rengar's damage, take a taste of the damage see how you like it.
