Domination Rune Suggestion for the Malice Row: War Effort

War Effort Your Doran's Blades and Doran's Rings have the UNIQUE Passive - War Effort: +2 Attack Damage. You may use them in Item Recipes as if they were Long Swords (worth 350 gold).

There are lots of creative ways you can use this Rune, and creative restrictions around it. Not all Mages can pick it up because it doesn't offer the option of Doran's Ring acting like an Amplifying Tomb, but any Mage who builds Gunblade can. Physical damage dealers could also use it to start with Doran's Ring because the bonus Attack Damage would sway Adaptive Force back to AD.

I imagined champions like Talon and Riven picking it up for lane dominance though. Talon especially since he struggles with surviving in lane and the bonus Health and Life Steal from multiple Doran's Blades would really help him out. He could just stack them until he has enough gold for his power spike and then upgrade them all into one Lethality item.

Marksmen might pick it up by splashing Dominance for the same reason, though they would lose out on Stopwatch in the process.

The Rune doesn't offer any use in the late game though, when you no longer have any Doran's Items. You sacrifice lots of other Rune options to take it.
