Current Minion blocking is worse than dodge runes or any other random chance in this game

Basically every champ that has a dash / through minion spell is considered more advanteged above other champs. They even nerfed Hecarim E so he cac only go through minions when its active. Why? Because Riot knows minion blocking is the next gen form of CC which has no tenacity except certain champs dashes / through minion passes.

Yes. Minions SHOULD play a tactical role in combat, but the way it"s handeled now, NEITHER sides can tell how they react or what they do. Random position switches without reason from minion, switching aggro from a minion to another, blocking the Champ which is in their team while giving the enemy an escape / chance to kill is worse than having dodge runes. Atleast with dodge runes you KNEW there was a chance for blocks by certain %. But with minion blocking it is more like: "WELL BAD LUCK NOW YOU DIE / ENEMY ESCAPES. DEAL WITH IT"

I find it pathetic how this is handeled and see no explaination why this is tolerated
