Anyone else seeing bugged Teemo shrooms

During game of ARAM. I had oracle and was able to kill any shroom on the open parts of the map. Any shrooms in the bushes were untargettable. Have they changed how this mechanic works? Several team mates would attempt to target only to end up running at it and having to quickly stop themselves. Teemo was using Badger skin.

I've played Teemo many times and know the difference between running into it accidentally and attempting to target and destroy them, in case that was a question.
