Kayn QOL change

Okay so Shadow is getting a buff to E where it cuts the cooldown in half on the PBE after they nerfed the base cd by 1 second which I don't mind much and that's not what this post is about. I was hoping that we get a Quality of Life update to his Ult because it sucks to ult someone on low health right and you're about to go out of them but they die before that. SOOOO you wind up ejected out of them and get no benefits aside from Shadow Assassin's Passive Reset so what I'd hope for it they make it so Raast gets like maybe half the heal he would have gotten had he completed the ult. Because you are actually being indirectly punished for an enemy dying and this actually can make or break a fight sometimes because of how you don't get any heals after you get ejected as Raast. I feel like I said this weird but other Kayn players know what I'm talking about. I mean come on if I'm recalling right Caitlyn and I think Zed get their ult cds reduced to like 3 if they don't go through all the way so can Kayn have something like that?
