With solo/duo queue coming back, I think it'll be a better idea to put this in; no 4 man premades trolling and voting to dodge because the 1 person in their group isn't picking what they want or because they want a cheap laugh (they can still do this in the flex queue, however that 1 person not in the group will have dodged a bullet not having to play with them, and at the end of the day, premades will end up killing off their own queue if the experience is too toxic for solo/duo's).
On the reverse side of things, if you're part of a duo and intending to troll, having two votes rather than 1 would stop any dodges from occuring. But if Riot implemented a system where premades can't vote more than once for a "no, don't dodge" result, then that wouldn't be a problem either. In this case, if 3 non-premade players voted to dodge and a duo votes to not dodge, that comes to 3 (individuals) against 1 (premade duo).
Dodging is sorely, sorely needed, as it is so obvious what is going to happen from the get go when someone picks Kha'zix mid or something (apparently this happened to my brother yesterday in Bronze). The whole argument of it being more likely that the other team has a troll or AFK is irrelevant, I don't want to win OR lose due to one person INTENTIONALLY ruining it for everyone else. Just like how Riot implemented the remake system, this will be another feature that might seem annoying sometimes, but will save a lot of time, aggravation and LP.
