Nami's Ult could benefit from an "in range" ping

With the (fairly) recent addition of being able to ping who's in range to smacked by your ability (like Lux's R), makes me wonder why there's nothing like that for Nami. Would really help things on the communication front tbh. I'm prepared for the whole "that's useless" but goddamnit just let me ping who's about to get drowned by my ult ok

I know there's some other abilities that could benefit from this but I cannot think of them so maybe just turn this into one of those threads idk.
