Uhh.... this isn't a good item.... This is an item that will only be abused by 1-2 champs, and that's it ( like gunblade and WoTA). Lowest sustain values possible which effectively make them have a gold value of null, 30 AD means nothing to almost every champion, and phage passive applying on spells is broken on mages. You're looking to make immobile mages mobile and effectively nullify their lack of mobility in the first place. As if we didn't have enough mobility creep.
I don't think this item will good... the stats seems like no synergy with each other... and especially:
Didn't you know that Phage has Health on its stats??? where is the Health stat???
