Ult Indicators

So everyone knows that we have ult indicators to tell us when temmates have their ults available, and also have timers to show us when their ults are off of cooldown; however, I have a suggestion to help improve this system even further. While the current system shows us when the ults are ready, they do not tell us if our teammates are actually able to CAST them, whether its due to mana or energy restraints, or in case, if he is in mega form.

I feel like if your allied champions are unable to cast their ultimates, but have them off of cooldown, the ult indicator should be shaded a different color, perhaps yellow or red. let me know what you guys think.
