Champions that perform really well in LCS and in SoloQ are meant to in order to sell

Prime examples are Graves and Zoe. Their nerfs are very precise and sometimes arbitrary enough to not really effect performance in SoloQ. However, the more prominent they become, such as Zoe, the more they need to catered towards LCS. By this I mean champions like Zoe that perform really well in LCS must have a win rate at 45% (for example) in SoloQ. My problem is that its not the case for Zoe, Graves, Irelia. Riot makes a ton of money off them and they want to milk them for a while longer but who knows how long.
