How about some defense for the people getting banned or chat banned for "toxic" behavior

Know days with the new rank system and new queue a lot of players are going in large groups and if you dont play as they like it you get banned, some games got trolls that had never played the champ they selected or had played it 2 times and they went 0/7/0 and 0/8/0, which is uncarrible basically it was a 3 v 7, yet because they were in a group their reports wieght way more than mine alone and didnt even got a chance to get defended.

Because of this I was chat banned because of "toxic" behavior, know days you cant say anything to anyone because of the fear of been punished, specially if you get 2 times the same 3 man group, and because of that cant earn the new "loot" making players either quietly lose on purpose or semi afk (perma farm lane) making the rest lose games, on top of that cant get the "loot" because of previous "toxic" but you dont even get a email saying there was a process open for you so you cant even defend yourself from this "3-4 man groups" reporting you.

How much time or games does it has to pass for a "toxic" person to be classified as "untoxic", also its fun to see getting chat ban for some reports, but have 500+ "honorable opponent / teamwork / friendly" so im a good guy for most games yet get punished for some bad games LOL
