Losing LP when there is a Leaver

I have a simple and easy request for "Rito" that we already know they wont put in but would make the ranked comm a bit less toxic. As the title suggests, we should have the team with the leaver not lose LP. Its something we all wish for and know can be implemented but how will they figure out coding wise if leaver is detected than execute such and such like not losing LP if THAT team loses. A whopping 18-20+ LP GONE just because of someone leaving and after that the match is no longer fun because you know you lost especially with the team comp you may be experiencing(if it is a bad comp) and the one leaver does not help you but tilt even more. The enemy team can still receive LP just normally but this isn't about them, its bout the 4 players that start arguing at each other and the enemy team because of one person. Riot can simply add in a couple codes that if the Leaver is gone for lets say 5 mins TOPS. once that time has been alotted, then at the end of the game the winner can receive LP and the 4 players can lose absolutely ZERO. However, what if the 4 players can actually win and have a decent comp and such, well then thats GREAT, they get the normal amount of LP and the enemy team with 5 players will lose the same amount of LP as any other losing team would receive. This system is a very simple and EASY solution to one portion of the ranked comm and maybe just MAYBE if we can gather a good amount of people or whatever we have to do to fix the stupid system then I believe(as much as any other players) that this should be implemented immediately or via next couple of patches or so.

This was proposed thousands of times already, and it's generally a very bad thing. Biggest issue is how a losing team would always, always harass weakest ally, or someone playing off-meta champion to leave the game and save their LP, as "it is only their fault they are losing".

I like the idea, but it could be too easily manipulated. Say bot and top start losing lane early and it looks like you are going to lose, just convince someone to leave, lose anyway, and now no one loses lp for the poor performance.

Now if there was a way to determine how long someone left the game, maybe then. If you load into the game with a 4v5, yeah, I think something should be done in those cases where the team starts out with a disadvantage. Or if someone dc's 5 minutes into the 20 minute game even. Now, if someone dc's 19 minutes into a 20 minute game, most likely that game wasn't going to be won anyway (unless you were winning and got murdered in a team fight that they just royally snowballed off of).

That or maybe do some kind of calculation on lp loss/gain. If 1 person afks and lose, maybe lose 13-15 lp, if 2 afk, then 8-10. On the same lines, if 1 afks and you win, the 4 remaining should receive more lp for the win.
