Orianna changes

Hey guys, A few days ago saw a little trouble with Orianna. When her ball is in flight(for example after using E or Q) you can press w or r , so its animation starts after this ball flies to destination. You have to wait for the ball to stop and then press w or r, just like in Lux E; when this skillshot flies you can press E and it explodes instantly after sucsesfull flight. It wouldn't be very big change to Orianna, and she still will be very hard champion, but it will help lots of people who lose teamfight because of longer casting time.
